The Armor Digivolved form of Gatormon through the Digi-Egg of Light. It is a terrifying beast that bears the visage of a man. It hides in the water, waiting for unsuspecting victims to walk by; then, it ambushes them.

Stalker's Bite: Hombrecaimon bites its opponent.
Snipe Slash: Hombrecaimon swipes at the opponent with its treacherous claws.
Caiman Ambush: Hombrecaimon jumps out of its hiding place and savages the opponent.

Hombrecaimon's name and design are derived from the mythical Hombre Caiman, a legendary Colombian alligatorman. In some variations of the myth, the man becomes an alligator to be with the woman he loves; this is not the variation I used. This one is about a man who lived in a village where men bathed in one part of a river and women bathed in the other; the parts were separated by what was basically a whirlpool. One man wished to watch the women as they bathed, so he spoke with a witch and she gave him two potions: one which would turn him into an alligator, and one which would turn him back into a man. So, every day, he would go out to the men's side, rub himself with the first potion, swim through the whirlpool, watch the women, and then return where a waiting friend would pour the antidote on him. However, one day, the friend wasn't there for whatever reason. Instead, it was an unknowing man who picked up the potion and marveled at it. When he saw the alligator(which, he did not know, was a man) coming toward him, he threw the potion at it. The potion spilled on the ground, with only a few drops landing on its head and turning it back into a human's head. So, the man was left with the body of an alligator but his own human face, no longer to able to engage in his watching or return home.
